Clear Fork Services provides professional installation and maintenance for landscape, hardscape and irrigation in the Dallas area metroplex. We also offer complete job site and contractor services including site grading and erosion control, selective demo work and debris removal.
HOW WE WORK
ESTIMATING
Our commercial sales team will review your plans and construction documents to put together a bid on your commercial landscape project. We will use our vast network of nurseries and growers to provide the most competitive price with the highest quality plant material. We will work hand and hand with your estimating department to provide the most accurate price.
SCHEDULING
After the bid is accepted and terms agreed upon, we will then work with your scheduling department to line out the installation phases. We understand there are multiple sub-contractors on every project and working efficiently while respecting the job site is most important. Our office will regularly communicate with your scheduling department to ensure up-to-date changes.
EXECUTING
Your commercial landscape project will be assigned to one of our project managers, who will handle your project from start to finish. A landscape supervisor will manage the ground-level crew to ensure quality and standards are met. At the same time, the project manager works with our office to meet deadlines and stage materials. At inspections and completion, our project managers will walk the site with your superintendent so that we can deliver the finished landscape your client requested.
